What we collect

When you subscribe we store: your email address, the language you signed up in (Spanish or English), the sign-up and confirmation dates, and — only if you choose to answer it — your response to the optional question about what you'd like to learn.

That's it. We don't use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics on the site.

What we use it for

One thing: sending you the Akortex newsletter. We use double opt-in — you won't receive anything until you confirm your email with the link we send you.

We never sell, rent, or share your email with anyone for marketing.

Where it's stored

Your subscription is stored in a database managed by Supabase. Emails are sent through Resend from newsletter@akortex.com. Both are established providers acting as data processors.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by writing to newsletter@akortex.com.

You can also request a copy of your data or its complete deletion at that same address. We respond as soon as possible, always within legal timeframes.

How long we keep it

For as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your address is marked as unsubscribed (so we never contact you again by mistake); if you request deletion, it's removed entirely.
