The Athlete's Wheel of Life
See, at a glance, what's holding your performance back.
A fifteen-minute exercise that turns a vague feeling — “something's off” — into a clear map of the eight areas that hold up everything you do.
You train more, sleep the same, and still don't progress. Sometimes the limit isn't where you're looking. It's in the area you've been ignoring for months because it didn't seem “performance-related.”
Why it works
We tend to optimize what we already measure and ignore the rest. The athlete examines their training under a magnifying glass and leaves sleep, relationships, or finances out of the picture — until one of those invisible zeros drags everything else down with it.
